All our Co-ordinators have extensive experience within the healthcare sector and are managed by Care Managers who are qualified professionals including Registered Nurses and Occupational Therapists. Your Co-ordinator will oversee your care service and work alongside you to find carers who suit your needs and your personality. They will always be in communication with you should you have any problems or queries and be your first port of call to discuss anything regarding your care. They will also visit face to face with you as often as every 6 weeks to update your care information if needs be and use this opportunity to speak to you in person. Their job role includes developing a professional relationship with you and any family members you wish to be present on any visits so that we really can match suitable carers to you.

We believe that the quality of our Carers are what stands us apart. We pride ourselves on our ability to train our staff to a specialist standard and in addition provide professional support to our Carers in work.
We have invested in excellent on site training facilities and our five day training course is facilitated by our highly experienced training team. Learning takes place within a variety of interactive sessions and sometimes includes our current clients visiting our head office to meet and train our trainees.
This does not stop at the end of the formal training week and we are committed to the learning and development needs of all staff. Carers receive ongoing personal and professional development and regular supervision meetings with their Care Co-ordinator and Training Team.

We have a great team of office staff working behind the scenes to ensure that your care is of the highest standard. From highly experienced teams in recruitment to finance. We aim to make the care process as simple, effective and stress free as possible. All of our team members working in the office have experience working within the adult social care sector and many of them have been carers for the ENA Care Group. We are proud of the team we have working for us who are all really passionate about care in the home and innovating the services we provide. Our Care Co-oordinators are in regular contact with you via email or phone and arrange to visit you at home every 4-6 weeks. We believe that these visits are imperative to ensuring your care service is up to date, current and proceeding as efficiently as possible. It is also a perfect opportunity for our Care Co-ordinators to develop a working relationship with you and check in with our Carers to ensure they are offering the best care. We also have a 24/7 Fast Response service so you can get in touch with a member of the Care Team should anything go amiss. On top of this, we have a friendly team of office staff who are there to help with every other aspect of your care service including recruitment, HR and finance.
Help and Advice
Whatever it may be, we are here to offer help and advice. Our Care Team is run by experienced Registered Nurses who can offer professional advice to you at home. Our Head Office Team take care of everything else from the recruitment and training of your carers, to their wages, annual leave and all employment legalities. With over 20 years experience working in the Live in Care Sector, we can point you in the right direction should you need expert advice.
