Updates for Staff in relation to COVID-19
Firstly, I would like to thank all of our staff and clients at this challenging time, your resilience and cooperation are truly humbling and I thank you.
I ask, that all carers remain safe and secure in the client’s home and self-isolate. Please only make trips that are essential, purchasing food shopping, collecting medication, daily exercise (once daily) or a medical emergency.
Based upon updated government advice on 27th April 2020, Facemasks are now to be worn by care professionals at all times. Please see the ENA PPE Guidance Guidance here.
For now, I have made the difficult decision to postpone all client visits to protect both you, our carers, and our clients.
Any client visits and supervisions that were falling due within the upcoming twelve weeks will be scheduled to take place digitally, where possible.
The office will be physically from Monday 30th March and will reopen when the lockdown restrictions are lifted; but will remain open virtually.
We will publish further updates, however, in the meantime, if you have any concerns or questions, please contact the care team at email@example.com.
