An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruiter to join the internal recruitment team at ENA Care Group. You will be responsible for the screening, interviewing, and selection of live-in carers across the business. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will be working collaboratively with your team to provide an effective recruitment service and deliver the right quantity and quality of carers for the business. You will be a friendly individual with a can-do attitude, fantastic communication skills and a passion for people.
You will be an ambassador for ENA Care Group, demonstrating our values of Enabling, Nurturing and Aspiring at all times.
Objectives
- To achieve staffing objectives by recruiting a suitable number and quality of candidates to support the business function and growth
- To ensure that all care staff have had sufficient interviews and clearance checks carried out to be placed into work
- To build effective relationships and establish rapport with candidates and carers, ensuring they feel nurtured and supported at all times

Responsibilities
Assess candidate suitability through CV screening, reviewing of application forms and phone calls with candidates
Conduct thorough interviews to accept or reject candidates appropriately
Organise training and assessment weeks for successful candidates, liaising with the training team and making all necessary arrangements for candidates including accommodation
Provide constructive and timely feedback to all applicants
To effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all times
Take ownership of the applicant journey to ensure they have the best recruitment experience
Working to challenging timeframes in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong attention to detail while being able to prioritise your workload effectively
Deal with all aspects of suitable checks for trainees including processing and verifying references and DBS’s, ensuring they are satisfactory in-line with company policy and CQC regulatory requirements
