Our unannounced CQC inspection in June 2018 resulted in a number of opportunities being highlighted.
As a result of the inspection, I have personally made the decision to take on the registered manager position within our business. I will ensure our day-to-day systems are robust and restore care to the above-average standard we have been delivering for the past twenty-four years.
We submitted a clear action plan to the CQC post-inspection, which outlined how we will proactively deal with the opportunities highlighted in our inspection report.
I am personally committed to leading these changes myself and ensuring that we work towards achieving an outstanding rating with the Care Quality Commission in the not too distant future.
