At ENA Care Group, we provide live-in care across England and Wales, helping adults remain in familiar surroundings with support tailored to their needs and routines.
Our directly employed carers assist with personal care, mobility, meals, medication and household tasks. We also have experience supporting people with complex physical care needs, including spinal injuries, tetraplegia and cerebral palsy.
As a direct care provider, we arrange assessments, create personalised care plans and provide ongoing support through a dedicated Care Manager and our 24-hour on-call management service.
We aim to help every person maintain their dignity, choices and independence.
Looking for Hourly Care Instead?
For those who may not need round-the-clock support, we also provide domiciliary care (hourly care) in and around Hertfordshire, giving you flexible assistance as and when you need it.

Our Live-in rates are tailored to personal care and complex care needs. Complex care encompasses specialised skills such as PEG care, bowel care, and tracheostomy care, as indicated by a thorough needs assessment. Rest assured, our Live-in rates are all-inclusive, ensuring no surprises with hidden fees, even on bank holidays.

We charge a flat, all-inclusive weekly rate for Live-in Care services, starting from £1400 per week.

Clinical / Complex Care*
Complex care and any other bespoke services are price upon enquiry only.
* Complex care includes the provision of specialised interventions such as PEG feeding/medications, catheter care (inc. washouts), bowel care, stoma, tracheostomy and ventilator care, wound care, and more.
